Ned Flanders
Ned Flanders is a character from the animated television series *The Simpsons*—the devoutly Christian, unfailingly cheerful neighbor of the Simpson family.
His name has become shorthand for someone aggressively wholesome, pious to the point of parody, or irritatingly good-natured: He's such a Ned Flanders about everything.
Associated with his signature greeting "Hi-diddly-ho!"
