goody-goody

Irritatingly virtuous type

A goody-goody is someone who makes a show of being virtuous or well-behaved, often in a way that annoys others.

The term is mildly contemptuous, suggesting the person's goodness is performative or self-righteous rather than genuine: She was such a goody-goody, always reminding the teacher about homework.

As an adjective, it describes this quality: his goody-goody attitude.
