Fridays

Casual dress days

Fridays is the plural of Friday, the day between Thursday and Saturday.

It appears most often in contexts describing regular or repeated events that happen on that day: We have team meetings Fridays or The restaurant is closed Fridays.

The plural can also refer to multiple specific instances: The last three Fridays have been rainy.

In casual speech, Fridays sometimes appears with a redundant "on": I work from home on Fridays.
