Ernest Shackleton
Ernest Shackleton was a British explorer of Antarctica in the early twentieth century, best known for leading the 1914–1916 Endurance expedition.
When his ship became trapped and crushed by pack ice, Shackleton kept all twenty-seven crew members alive through an extraordinary open-boat journey and overland trek to reach rescue.
His name has become synonymous with leadership under impossible conditions: a Shackleton moment, channel your inner Shackleton.
