All Saints Day
Hallowmas, essentially
All Saints Day is a Christian feast honoring all saints, known and unknown, observed on November 1st in Western churches.
It follows Halloween (All Hallows' Eve) and precedes All Souls' Day.
The holiday originated as a way to commemorate martyrs and saints who lack their own designated feast days: We attend mass on All Saints Day.
