wobble board
Unstable exercise platform
A wobble board is a balance training device—a flat platform mounted on a rounded base that tips in any direction when you stand on it.
Physical therapists use them for rehabilitation; athletes use them for core strength and ankle stability.
Separately, a wobble board is a flexible sheet of fiberboard used as a percussion instrument, bent back and forth to produce a distinctive wobbling sound, popularized in Australian folk music.
