underselling
Pricing too low
Underselling means selling at a lower price than competitors: The new store is underselling everyone in the district.
More figuratively, to undersell something is to represent it as less impressive or valuable than it actually is—the opposite of overselling: Don't undersell yourself in the interview.
The trailer undersells how good the movie actually is.
