transplantable

Able to transfer

Transplantable describes something capable of being moved from one location to another and successfully established there.

The term applies most often to organs and tissues that can be surgically transferred between bodies a transplantable kidney, or to plants that can survive being uprooted and replanted elsewhere.

By extension, it can describe ideas, systems, or practices that can be successfully adopted in a new context: The management model proved transplantable across different industries.
