Lockpick's torque partner
A tension wrench is a slim, L-shaped tool used in lock picking to apply rotational pressure to a lock's cylinder while the pins are manipulated with a separate pick.
One end inserts into the bottom of the keyway while the picker applies slight torque, mimicking what a key does when turned.
She slipped the tension wrench into the deadbolt and began working the pins.
Also called a tension tool or torsion wrench.
