hex key
Six-sided tool bit
A hex key is a small L-shaped tool with a hexagonal cross-section, used to drive bolts and screws with hexagonal sockets.
The bent shape provides leverage and allows access to recessed fasteners.
Also called an Allen wrench or Allen key after the company that popularized them: I need a hex key to adjust this bike seat.
