supreme leader
Autocrat above all
A supreme leader is the highest-ranking authority in a government or organization, typically one with absolute or near-absolute power.
The title often appears in authoritarian contexts where a single figure holds unchecked control: The supreme leader's word is final.
It can also be used sarcastically for anyone acting dictatorial: Our supreme leader has decided we're all working Saturday. (Capitalized Supreme Leader is an official title in certain countries.)
