spellcasters
Those casting enchantments
Spellcasters are characters in fantasy games, fiction, and folklore who use magic—wizards, witches, sorcerers, and the like.
The term is most common in gaming contexts, where it often describes a character class: Our party needs more spellcasters.
Outside fantasy, spellcaster might describe anyone who seems to enchant others: She's a spellcaster on stage.
