speed skaters
Oval ice competitors
Speed skaters are athletes who race on ice skates, competing to cover a set distance in the shortest time.
The sport divides into long track (oval rinks, individual races against the clock) and short track (smaller rinks, pack racing with tactical positioning).
Speed skaters develop massive thighs from the deep crouch position.
