spatial perception
Knowing where things
Spatial perception is the ability to understand and mentally process the positions, distances, and relationships of objects in space.
It encompasses awareness of where things are relative to oneself and to each other, how they're oriented, and how they might move.
Strong spatial perception helps with navigation, sports, parking, and visualizing how furniture might fit in a room.
