rehearsed
Drilled before performing
Rehearsed describes something practiced beforehand rather than spontaneous.
A rehearsed speech or rehearsed answer has been prepared and repeated until polished.
The word often carries a note of suspicion—that something presented as natural is actually calculated: His apology sounded rehearsed.
The opposite is unrehearsed or off-the-cuff.
