pasturage

Land for livestock

Pasturage is land used for grazing livestock, or the grass and vegetation growing on it that animals feed upon.

The word also refers to the right to graze animals on a piece of land: The farmer paid for pasturage on the neighboring estate.

It carries a slightly more formal or legal tone than simply saying pasture.
