owlery
Nocturnal bird dwelling
An owlery is a place where owls are kept or where they roost and breed.
The word appears in falconry contexts and, more recently, in fantasy fiction—particularly the Harry Potter series, where the Hogwarts owlery houses the school's messenger owls.
Outside such specific contexts, the word is rare.
