oversteers

Rear end slides

Oversteers is the third-person singular of oversteer, a driving term for when a vehicle's rear wheels lose traction during a turn, causing the back end to swing outward.

The car turns more sharply than the driver intended: The Porsche oversteers badly in wet conditions.

Opposite of understeer, where the front wheels lose grip.
