out-trays
Completed work holders
Out-trays are shallow containers on a desk for documents that have been processed and are ready to leave—letters to be mailed, reports to be filed, memos to be distributed.
The opposite of in-trays, they represent work completed rather than work pending: Her out-tray was always full by noon.
