mudholes
Pigs' favorite spots
Mudholes are depressions or low spots filled with mud, typically found on unpaved roads or paths after rain.
Vehicles and livestock can get stuck in them: The truck bottomed out in a mudhole.
The word also describes any muddy patch where animals wallow: Pigs cooling off in a mudhole.
