moorage

Marina slip fee

Moorage is the act of mooring a boat or the place where it's secured—a dock, slip, or anchorage.

It also refers to the fee charged for this service: Monthly moorage at the marina runs about three hundred dollars.

The word is more common in the Pacific Northwest than elsewhere in North America.
