materializers

Those producing substance

Materializers are people or things that cause something to become actual or real.

The term most often appears in supernatural or science fiction contexts, where a materializer might be a device that creates physical objects from energy or data, as in The ship's materializer produced food and supplies on demand.

A person who materializes plans or ideas—who makes them happen—could also be called a materializer, though this usage is less common than simply saying someone "materialized" a vision or goal.
