manorial rights
Lord's estate entitlements
Manorial rights are legal privileges historically attached to ownership of a manor—a landed estate under the feudal system.
These rights could include hunting and fishing on the land, extracting minerals, holding markets or fairs, and collecting fees from tenants.
In England, some manorial rights survive as property interests that can be bought and sold separately from the land itself: The developer had to purchase the manorial rights before building.
