litterbug
Careless garbage tosser
A litterbug is someone who carelessly discards trash in public places rather than disposing of it properly.
The word carries mild disapproval and sounds somewhat dated or childish—the kind of term used in anti-pollution campaigns aimed at schoolchildren: Don't be a litterbug.
