rulebreaker
One who transgresses
A rulebreaker is someone who violates rules or refuses to follow established conventions.
The term can be neutral or admiring—rebels and innovators are often celebrated as rulebreakers: Every industry needs rulebreakers who challenge the status quo.
It can also be disapproving when applied to those who simply disregard standards others follow.
