leadfoot
Pedal-to-the-metal driver
A leadfoot is someone who drives fast, pressing the accelerator as if their foot were made of lead.
The term is mildly disapproving but often affectionate: My brother's a leadfoot—he's gotten three speeding tickets this year.
As a verb, to leadfoot is to drive with a heavy foot on the gas.
