knee drop
Descending leg strike
A knee drop is a wrestling or martial arts move where a standing fighter drops one or both knees onto a downed opponent.
The technique also appears in professional wrestling as a theatrical attack: He finished the move with a knee drop to the chest.
In exercise contexts, a knee drop is a core-strengthening movement where the knees fall side to side while lying supine.
