inlander
Lives from coasts
An inlander is someone who lives away from the coast, in the interior of a country or region.
The term appears in contexts where coastal and inland populations differ culturally or economically: The inlanders had little experience with seafood or maritime trade.
It's the counterpart to coastal dwellers or islanders.
