inbreeder
Mates within family
An inbreeder is a person or animal that breeds with close relatives, or one who practices inbreeding in animal husbandry.
The term applies to breeders who deliberately mate related stock to fix desirable traits: He's known as an inbreeder who line-breeds his cattle for specific characteristics.
Used disparagingly of people, it suggests backwardness or insularity.
