hip throw
Pivot and topple
A hip throw is a technique in judo, wrestling, and other grappling arts where you use your hip as a pivot point to flip an opponent over your body and onto the ground.
The thrower typically pulls the opponent close, turns to position their hip against the opponent's midsection, then rotates to send them tumbling: She executed a clean hip throw and pinned him in seconds.
