Thermal-activated plastic wrap
Heat shrink is plastic tubing that contracts when heated, used to insulate wires, bundle cables, or protect connections.
You slide it over the joint, apply heat from a gun or lighter, and it shrinks tightly around the material: I used heat shrink to seal the splice.
Also called heat-shrink tubing.
