hard-code
Fix in source
Hard-code means to embed fixed values or data directly into a program's source code rather than making them configurable or dynamic.
A hard-coded password can't be changed without rewriting the software.
The practice is generally discouraged because it reduces flexibility: Don't hard-code the server address—put it in a config file.
