preset

Configured in advance

Preset means set or adjusted in advance.

A preset is a predetermined configuration—factory settings on electronics, saved combinations on synthesizers, or default options in software: I just used one of the camera's presets.

As a verb, to preset is to configure beforehand: You can preset the oven to start cooking at noon.
