first minister
Chief executive leader
First minister is the title for the head of government in certain parliamentary systems, particularly in devolved administrations within the United Kingdom.
Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland each have a first minister who leads the regional executive: The First Minister addressed the Scottish Parliament.
