feed-through
Wall penetration connector
A feed-through is a connector or passage that allows wires, cables, or signals to pass through a barrier—a wall, panel, or enclosure—while maintaining a seal or electrical insulation.
Common in electronics and construction: The coaxial feed-through kept the shielding intact.
Also spelled feedthrough.
As an adjective, it describes something designed to pass through: feed-through capacitors.
