enablers
Those who permit
Enablers are people or things that make something possible.
The word carries a negative connotation when describing those who facilitate destructive behavior—particularly addiction—by shielding someone from consequences: His family were enablers who kept bailing him out.
In neutral contexts, enablers simply allow or support an activity: Technology has been an enabler of remote work.
