drylining

Interior wall panels

Drylining is a construction method for finishing interior walls using plasterboard panels fixed to a frame or directly to masonry, rather than traditional wet plastering.

The technique is faster and creates less mess than applying wet plaster: The contractor recommended drylining to speed up the renovation.

Also called dry lining or drywall installation.
