desublimate

Gas becomes solid

Desublimate is the opposite of sublimate: to change directly from gas to solid, skipping the liquid phase.

Frost forming on a cold window is desublimation—water vapor becoming ice without first condensing into water.

The verb also reverses the psychological sense: to desublimate is to express drives directly rather than channeling them into socially acceptable forms.
