Rotates each hand
A dealer button is a marker in poker indicating which player is the nominal dealer for the current hand.
The button rotates clockwise after each hand, determining the order of betting and who posts the blinds.
In casino poker, a house dealer handles the cards, but the button still designates position: I had the button, so I acted last.
