Mild Italian pepper
A cubanelle is a mild, sweet pepper with thin walls and a slightly wrinkled skin, typically light green to yellow.
Popular in Italian and Latin American cooking, cubanelles are often fried or stuffed: I sautéed cubanelles with onions and garlic.
They're sometimes called Italian frying peppers.
