backtick
Reversed apostrophe mark
A backtick is the backward-slanting quotation mark character (`) found on computer keyboards, typically sharing a key with the tilde.
In programming and markup languages, backticks serve various functions: delimiting code in Markdown, enclosing template literals in JavaScript, or escaping identifiers in SQL.
Also called a grave accent or backquote.
