back flip
Tumbler's signature move
A back flip is an acrobatic move where you leap and rotate backward, landing on your feet.
Gymnasts, divers, and cheerleaders perform back flips as basic maneuvers; skateboarders and skiers attempt them as tricks.
The move requires significant athleticism and carries real risk of injury when attempted without training.
