attender

Church regular, perhaps

An attender is someone who attends—a person present at an event, meeting, or gathering.

The word is less common than attendee but carries the same meaning: Regular attenders at the church knew each other by name.

It can also describe someone who attends to something, giving care or attention: an attender to detail.
