A UFO hunter is someone who actively searches for evidence of unidentified flying objects or extraterrestrial visitors.
The term covers both amateur enthusiasts who scan the skies and investigate reported sightings, and more dedicated investigators who document encounters, interview witnesses, or stake out locations associated with unexplained phenomena: The UFO hunters set up cameras near the air force base.
