Tawhid
God's absolute singularity
Tawhid is the Islamic concept of monotheism—the absolute oneness and uniqueness of God.
As a proper theological term, it appears in religious scholarship, book titles, and institutional names: the Tawhid movement, studies in Tawhid.
The doctrine holds that God is one in essence, attributes, and worship, with no partners or divisions. (Lowercase tawhid is the same concept in general discussion.)
