Sriracha

Green-capped chili sauce

Sriracha is a hot sauce made from chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.

The name comes from the Thai coastal city Si Racha, where the sauce originated.

In American usage, Sriracha typically refers to the version with the rooster logo, ubiquitous in restaurants and kitchens: I put Sriracha on everything.
