Soviet-era

From Kremlin times

Soviet-era describes things from or characteristic of the Soviet Union period, roughly 1922 to 1991.

The adjective typically modifies architecture, infrastructure, policies, or attitudes associated with that communist state: Soviet-era apartment blocks, Soviet-era thinking.

It often carries connotations of drabness, authoritarianism, or outdated bureaucracy.
