Ramadhan is an alternative spelling of Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar during which Muslims fast from dawn to sunset.
The spelling with an 'h' reflects Arabic pronunciation more closely and appears in some English texts, though Ramadan is more common in Western usage.
