Nazarene
From Jesus's hometown
A Nazarene is a person from Nazareth, the town in Galilee where Jesus grew up.
Jesus the Nazarene appears throughout the New Testament.
By extension, Nazarene became an early term for Christians generally, and remains in use by the Church of the Nazarene, a Protestant denomination in the Wesleyan-holiness tradition.
