Mustang

Detroit's iconic pony

Mustang is Ford's iconic sports car, introduced in 1964 and credited with creating the "pony car" class of affordable, sporty automobiles.

The name evokes speed and wild freedom: He restored a '67 Mustang.

Mustang is also a remote district in northern Nepal, historically part of Tibet.

As a military designation, the P-51 Mustang was a World War II fighter aircraft renowned for its speed and range. (Lowercase mustang is a feral horse.)
